You need to brush up on your reading comprehens­ion skills. The subject of my comment is Ward Connerly (whom the article identifies as being present at the bake sale). I describe his success in selling what certain types of people are willing to purchase. You need to inform yourself concerning how Connerly became so rich and famous, and why his presence is sought by the type of people who put on the bake sale - whether or not Karl Rove's or the Koch brothers' Super Pacs or some other wealthy Republican sponsor paid for it.
