This is exactly the kind of double standard that Black folks, in particular­, men, have to confront in the employment sector all of the time. Of course, "easy on the eyes," and "likeable,­" are descriptio­ns employers find much easier to lavish upon females to justify why they might prefer hiring them and having them around in the work place.
