I admit to still SMH over the level of sociopathy of the people serial lying like this AND deliberate­ly being part of a disinforma­tion campaign to cover up how this woman was gratuitous­ly exposed to what under the circumstan­ces was a form of torture by the police. Pepper spray is a chemical weapon and should ONLY be used when an individual Can NOT be restrained by other means. Again, the people spreading this organized lie should be banned from HP.
