Rick Santorum: Africa 'Was A Country On The Brink' (VIDEO)

Santorum and Bachmann et al's plan for the economic developmen­t of Africa is to repeal the 13 the Amendment in the United States. Recall that the mainstream Republican narrative is that "the Blacks" who were enslaved and brought to America wound up better off than "the Blacks" left behind. With their new plan to bring back slavery, they believe they can guarantee a better life for Africa's citizens.
