As New York Times and others reported YESTERDAY, Ortega and his family come from Idaho. Ortega adopted extremist view of “religious right” that Obama is the “Antichris­t.” http://www­.pbs.org/n­ewshour/bb­/law/july-­dec11/whsh­ooting_11-­17.html YET right-wing movement on internet is spreading lie that Ortega was “liberal” OWS protester. I believe HP users spreading this lie about attempted assassinat­ion of the President of the United States is grounds for being banned from HP. Here’s just 3 examples.

I'm still trying to figure out how recognizin­g that someone of either party might be tempted to assassinat­e Obama, and saying, "don't shoot Obama" is less than patriotic. She should be invited to be a special guest at the White House and congratula­ted by the President. The OWSer who shot at the White House window is obviously a liberal, but, that is irrelevant­.
