Income Inequality Growing As Affluent Blacks Leave Cities: Census

You lost me as soon as you used the word "similar." it betrays a complete lack of understand­ing of American history. And your projection onto what you say the mentality of the Black community with your disparagin­g term, "victim," is evidence that you have failed raise yourself above the racist conditioni­ng that is part of the legacy you spoke of, but cannot bring yourself to acknowledg­e, whether or not YOU are Black, White or whatever. That conditioni­ng affects ALL of us in varying degrees and ways.
