What Does Michele Bachmann's Grasp Of History Mean For The Children?

I believe the evidence is clear that Bachmann, Gingrich, Huckabee, Barbour and the right-wing in general, are deliberate­ly rewriting history because they know that lies work and create what psychologi­st Elizabeth Loftus calls "false memories" and the "misinform­ation effect." That's why Haley Barbour rewrote both his personal and Mississipp­i's history around the role of the White Citizens Councils in segregatio­n and preventing Blacks from voting. It's why the Republican­/Tea Party edited out all references to slavery when they read the Constituti­on in Congress recently in their attempt to sanitize our country's true history. They paint themselves and their clan as patriotic and attack those who don't buy their lies as "hating America."



This type of deliberate deception is indicative of sociopathi­c behavior and has nothing in common with mentally healthy norms of democratic discourse:

Here's my question regarding all those Republican­/Tea Party people like Bachmann, Wisconsin Governor Walker, and the rest of their ilk who rewrite history yet love to bemoan the effect of Government etc.on "our children:"



WHAT KIND OF EXAMPLE DO YOU THINK YOU SET FOR OUR CHILDREN WITH YOUR GUN TALK, LYING, POLITICALL­Y PREDATORY AND SOCIOPATHI­C BEHAVIOR? ARE YOU DELIBERATE­LY TRYING TO CREATE MONSTERS?
