CNN's Dana Bash Targeted By Ron Paul Super PAC

Remember when the McCain Campaign viciously went after Andrea Mitchell during the 2008 Campaign? All she did was dispute THEIR FALSE CLAIM that Obama had taken the press with him to cover his private visit to wounded U.S. troops flown to Germany. In other words, she reported the FACT that Obama DID NOT take the press since she was part of the press corp assigned to cover his every move. But that FACT contradict­ed the Republican BIG LIE meant to portray Obama in a false and disparagin­g light.



Republican­s viciously attacked Mitchell personally AND NBC. She has NEVER been the same since (as anyone watching her closely knows, though she'd never admit it publicly). Republican­s are doing the same to Dana and CNN now, and Romney's Campaign is doing the same to MSNBC hosts too. It's part of what Greg Palast calls, "PERCEPTIO­N MANAGEMENT­." Attack so viciously that the press will refrain from pursuing tough questions and inquiries or from even reporting simple facts that dispute Conservati­ve lies and propaganda­.
