Santorum's first act as President:
Get Congress to pass Michele Bachmann's "Black Family Reunion Act," which repeals the 13th Amendment (outlawing slavery, except in prison). After all, the kind of "Christian family values" Bachmann, Santorum, and their ilk follow holds that slavery was better for "The Blacks" because it "kept the Black family intact."
