musheerc: This is a time for unity. How we co-create that unity so that the effort does not merely reproduce and reenact the same old white superiority/black inferiority social and interpersonal dynamics (among many others) is the challenge.
My writings are a wake up call to the things that go on under the surface of our consciousness and in our communications that get covered up by our political, religious, spiritual, psychological, philosophical, ideological, economic, cultural, social, interpersonal etc. practices.
This is a time for socio-spiritual liberation. The social and the spiritual go together in my book. Although my writings typically accentuate the former, I do so because those who accentuate the latter too often keep reproducing the same underlying patterns of social injustice in the rush to escape the earth plane.
You hit upon how this is being perpetuated among Christian fundamentalists/conservatives. It's being fostered by fundamentalists of all types and stripes as well. Thanks for your insights and strong images.
