Was Andrew Breitbart the "Anders Breivik" of Conservative media? He certainly shared many of the same white-supremacist and extremist beliefs (along with Glen Beck, who portrayed Breivik's victims as "Hitler Youth" because they attended a Liberal influenced summer camp).
