The Bishop's comments only help stoke the extremist "Conservative jihad" and "religious war" being waged to impose right-wing Sharia-esque sovereignty over society.
The extremists who've hijacked Christianity and the Constitution's "free exercise of religion" clause cloak themselves in the "borrowed robes" of "moral- authority/superiority" and "liberty" to mask their agenda of privatizing the public sphere (e.g., public schools, prisons, social security, medicare, etc.) and imposing "full spectrum dominion" on both our minds and bodies (including bodily fluids, contraceptive, health, and partnership choices, zygotes, embryos, etc.).
Bishop Jenky and his sponsors use the same "Hitler" and "Stalin" analogies to describe Obama as AYN RAND did when speaking of FDR and JFK. He has apparently embraced the "Gospel of Inequality" i.e., Ayn Rand's sociopathic "Atlas Shrugged," and NOT the NEW COVENANT TEACHINGS OF JESUS.
Sadly, Jesus has become an "inconvenient truth" to the right-wing in general and especially Conservative "Crusader Christians" who portray the "poor," "sick," and "afflicted" whom Jesus prioritized as "moochers," "looters," and "parasites," and call the "common good" that Jesus emphasized, "communism."
No, Bishop Jenky, it's time for 1% Church Oligarchs like you to be shown the door to what Jesus called His "Father's House" and for your wealthy Republican patrons to be driven from the "People's House," i.e. Congress.
